Why haven't my points posted yet? Some offer networks take a few minutes to hours to confirm. If it's been over 24 hours, contact support with the offer name and roughly when you completed it.

Why do I need to verify my email? It's required before you can earn points or cash out — it keeps payouts going to real, reachable accounts.

How do I cash out? Once you have enough points, go to Cash Out, pick a reward and payout method, and submit. Payouts are reviewed manually.
